LEICESTER Speedway are ready to welcome Championship rivals Poole for a private practice in the near future.
The Pirates, who moved into the league during the winter, have taken out a private booking at the Paul Chapman and Sons Arena.
But Watling JCB Lions bosses are keen to remind everyone no fans are permitted to enter the stadium during private sessions.
Club co-promoter Stewart Dickson said: "We've already had enquiries from supporters who want to come and see Poole, we've even had offers of donations to the Benevolent Fund if they can come and watch, but sadly at this time we have to be behind closed doors.
"All practice at our track is strictly through private bookings and accredited personnel only are admitted to the stadium.
"It is still not safe for spectators to enter venues at this time but naturally we are keeping our eyes on the next major step from the government in early July.
"We would like to urge fans to stay away. We would really appreciate it. We allow accredited personnel to enter and then the gates are locked. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding."
